Picture Day Wednesday! First Grade with Ms. Borres October 2, 2016 Important Info Continued… Important Info - Picture day is this Wednesday, October 5th. We will be getting our pictures taken at 11:20am. -We will be working on our animal research project all week. Please send in all materials for their diorama by Monday, Oct. 3rd. Be creative with your materials! This project is equivalent to 2 test grades! -Please contact me if you have any questions about this project! What Are We Learning? Reading – We will be focusing on learning about the “setting” in stories. This is where and when a story takes place. Math –Growing patterns. Science – Our Animal research project!  English – Using uppercase letters correctly, spacing between words, punctuation, and writing on one topic. Coming Soon… -Interim reports go home Monday.
