WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT The replacement statement is intended for those who, for whatever reason, did not receive a Bank of America statement for a given month. This is not intended to be used every month. If you do not receive a statement for two (2) consecutive months please contact purchasing so we can verify the mailing address associated with your card.
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Once you have signed on to WORKS you will be running a spend report for the month of the missing statement. The report will look nothing like your statement, but will contain all of the transactions for that reporting period.

WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Click on Report Template. Then Select Billing Statement
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Select Show Expert View This will open up additional options to allow you to pull in the required data for your statement. Select PDF for your export format.
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT The first thing you will setup is the data to show up on your statement. You can add and subtract information as needed. Simply highlight what you want and use the arrows and X to move and delete data. The items listed here are the items you will need on the statement.
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT The types of transactions required for your statement are shown with the green check marks. Next you will need to select a filter for your to pull in your data. Continue.
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Scroll down until you find Embossed Line 1 and click on it.
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Embossed Line 1 will appear. Enter your name just as it appears on your card as shown. Next you will select your date range for the statement. Continue
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Select your statement month and enter the days for your statement. Remember Bank of Americas statements run from the 5 th of the month to the 4 th of the next month as shown. Once you have your dates selected click finish.
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT Next check Bookmark this report template as shown. Enter a Bookmark name and description. Finally click Submit Report
WORKS REPLACEMENT STATEMENT This is what the statement will look like. You will need to still have it signed by you and your Budget Officer. Please sign anywhere in this area and date.
