Persimmon Hills Improvement Association, Inc Newsletter July 21, 2012 PHIA NEWS Board and Committee Arrivals and Departures: Both Dick Copsey and Jackie Chambers have resigned for personal reasons. We are thankful for the support they provided !!! Cathi Telli has resigned from the Architectural Review Committee. We also thank her for her time and commitment over the past year!! Candice Patterson and Gloria Fusco have accepted positions recently. Candice has taken BOD position of secretary and Gloria has taken the vacancy left by Candice on the Financial committee. We welcome both and appreciate their efforts to support our community. Mosquito control through the county has commenced. They will be spraying every Thursday evening between the hours of 5 and 7 pm depending upon weather conditions (cooler than 90 degrees, acceptable humidity, no rain). Please remember to take appropriate precautions if you or a member of your family has a health related condition that would be sensitive to the spray. Also, protect your pets in a similar manner. Requests for denial can be submitted to the Board by filling out the form available on the community website ( click on Newsletters and Forms at the upper right hand corner of the webpage ) and either mailing, emailing, or handing it to a BOD member.
