Smart Cookies – Managing Girls in a Troop This PowerPoint will show how to add a Girl to your Troop and edit information to any existing Girls in your Troop. Log on to abcsmartcookies.com to get started.

My Troop Roster Click on Add New Girl located at the bottom of the page Contact the Council if the Add New Girl option is not active

Adding a New Girl Enter all the required information in the fields: First and Last name Click on the Dropdown menu and click your Troop number Nickname is optional GSUSA ID – that is from the GSUSA Enter Grade level, and Shirt size Enter Parent Information Click Save when complete. Repeat the steps for each new girl.

My Troop Roster with Added Girl If you need to edit a girl, click on the pencil icon, make the changes and click save. If you need to delete a girl and have Council permission, click the trash can icon and her information will be deleted. Note: Girls cannot be deleted if any orders have been created with her name attached. If any Troop editing needs to be done, hover over My Troop header and click “Troop Information” and then click the “Update Information” button at the bottom when editing has been complete.
