Participant Requirements Signage (*stable for outdoor conditions) Deliver Banners (2’x4’/3’x6’) to Flandrau by Wed., February 27th, 5pm Please label with “Science City”, Organization Name, and Tent Deadline to retrieve banner from Flandrau, no later than 3/15 before 5 pm Tablecloth Staff/volunteers wear nametag, shirt, etc. and/or Science City volunteer shirt to promote group Literature display Staffed booth for duration of event Saturday and Sunday Set-up by 9:00 am – ends at 5:30 pm Presenter: Uwe

Volunteer Information Who is considered to be a Science City Volunteer? Everyone! All volunteers are required to sign-in & complete a TFOB online waiver at the Volunteer Check-In (Kuiper Bldg) Please direct ALL your volunteers to info on website: Volunteer Check-In will provide snacks, water & rest! Bring your Re-Usable water bottles! Refill @ 5 gallon water coolers Please provide lunch for your volunteers or encourage them to bring one Tucson Festival of Books t-shirts given at sign-in Presenter: Samantha
