Findings 2017/18 Activity Key findings Progress to Success 79.2% POLAR4 Quintiles 1 and 2 Raising the Grade Decline in participants achieving grade 4 compared to 2016/17 HE Can 68% increase in the number of participants who strongly agreed that felt they had a good level of knowledge about HE (up to 79%) Progression Pathways 23% increase in participants who agreed that they felt motivated to work hard at school (up to 81%) Residential Summer School 94% participants said they would use the information they had gained from participation to make decisions regarding their future Skills Challenge 100% students felt that their questions about university had been answered after the event(s) EMWPREP/HESA data Of 2910 tracked participants of UoD outreach activity 51.4% progressed on to HE
