Fig. 1 Effect of sodium ozagrel on PRP clot lysis. PRP clots which were treated with various concentrations of sodium ozagrel, 10−6 M (♦), 10−5 M (▴), 10−4 M (■), 10−3 M (•) were used. As the control (○), PRP clot without treatment of sodium ozagrel, was formed. The PRP clot lysis evaluated as the changes of turbidity at 405 nm. Each point presents the mean of three separated triplicate experiments. Pathophysiology 1997 4, 169-174DOI: (10.1016/S0928-4680(97)00013-8)

As the control (○), PRP clot without treatment of sodium ozagrel, was formed. The solubility of PRP clot evaluated as the changes of turbidity at 405 nm. Fig. 3 Effect of sodium ozagrel, on density of PRP clot. PRP clots were formed in 96-well flat-bottom microwell plate which was treated with various concentration of sodium ozagrel, 10−6 M (♦), 10−5 M (▴), 10−4 M (■), 10−3 M (•) and poured into each well. As the control (○), PRP clot without treatment of sodium ozagrel, was formed. The density of PRP clot evaluated as the changes of turbidity at 405 nm. Each point presents the mean of three separated triplicate experiments. Pathophysiology 1997 4, 169-174DOI: (10.1016/S0928-4680(97)00013-8)
