Safety Moment: Pedestrian Safety As employees of Sodexo, no matter what level, you are expected to personally demonstrate your commitment to improving our health and safety culture. Our goal is zero accidents. A Safety Moment during every meeting will demonstrate the importance of the health and safety culture at Sodexo “Have a safe day”

Pedestrian Safety Paying attention to crosswalks and pedestrians is crucial. Whether you are the driver or the pedestrian you need to pay attention and be aware. SAFETY - Pedestrians Do not assume ALL drivers will stop for a pedestrian. When crossing a road make sure your full attention is on the road and traffic, put phone away. If the sun is bright or visibility is low, take extra caution to make sure drivers see you before stepping in crosswalk. Always use designated crosswalks and follow pedestrian walk lights. If crossing with children, hold their hand. NO TEXTING!!! SAFETY - Drivers Do remember pedestrians have the right of way. Pay attention when driving in areas where there are a lot of pedestrians, be prepared to stop. If you see a driver stopped do not pass or speed around in the other lane. When visibility is low make sure you are driving slower and taking extra caution to watch. Do not get pressured into ignoring safety procedures because of tight schedules. Women walks into a wall on hotel camera Man walks into a hole in the floor in drugstore Women walks into a fountain Man walks into a bear ALWAYS BE ALERT WHETHER THE DRIVER OR PEDESTRIAN! Armored Car Optimization

Guard Identification & Validation Recent Example Imposter Posing as a Guard: An individual posing as a Loomis employee picked up two deposits valued at a $5,814 from a Store X at a Houston mall.    The imposter was wearing a black ball cap, black pants, a brown shirt, and a BR vest with Loomis written on it. He had an ID attached to the top of his vest (not a Loomis ID).   Store did not check ID or signature card.  The individual actually signed the Customer Consignment Log.  Unit Controller Call

Finance Shares Services - Armored Car Project Background Retail cash receipts continue to decrease as consumers choose other payment options. 1,000 locations use an armored car to safely transport cash to and from financial institutions. FY2017 Annual spend: $4.4M - Main cost factor is the frequency of services. The Opportunity Best way to reduce our armored car costs is to optimize pickup/delivery schedules. Limit the amount of cash a unit has on hand to reduce the loss in the event of theft and to limit excessive pickup dates when they are not needed. Estimated cost reduction: $850k (20% of total based on avg. cost of services) Armored Car Overview

Armored Car Project – Status as of March 9, 2018 Testimonials: “Thanks, we thought the armored car carrier was coming too often!” “This is great, we didn’t know we could ask…” “We thought we were required to use an armored car everyday.” Recent Conversion: Banking contacted a location with $3,200 in weekly cash receipts with armored car services 5 days a week. After discussions with the GM, the location reduced the services to 3 days per week and project to save $1,740 annually (a 30% cost reduction). Armored Car Overview
