This college Open Day has been organised by the Business and Travel and Tourism students who have been working on the Open Day each Monday for four weeks. The creation of the Open Day also contributes to one of our units which is to create an event. We all came together and decided on an organisational structure and came up with three departments to split the work up equally amongst the students. The three department managers were set to help the students complete the tasks and ensure they did the work required to contribute to a successful Open Day. The tasks each department were given were specific to the type of department e.g. Operations were in charge of creating a floor plan for the event.
