Data Results Received Survey conducted for counties that were eRecording in 2014 Sent in June 2015 to collect data for PRIA to provide information on eRecording nationally Six (6) slides were selected from the survey results to present PREP chapters

Data Results The next slide provides a summarized view of the data PRIA received from the 532 recording jurisdictions that responded to the survey and how many ultimately used as well as the number omitted. Recording jurisdictions were categorized by population size and the total recording volume is summarized for each category.

Data Results

Reporting Jurisdictions The following slide is the total number of reporting jurisdictions categorized by state.

Reporting Jurisdictions

Number of All Recorded Documents Slide 3 shows the number of recorded documents by population category. The medium used for recording (paper or electronic) is not distinguished separately for this graph.

Number of All Recorded Documents

Number of eRecorded Documents Slide 4 shows the number of electronically recorded documents by population category.

Number of eRecorded Documents

States with Recordings <290,000 The bar graph on the next slide shows all recorded documents summarized by state with the percentage for delivery medium. The first portion of the bar for each state is colored blue for those submitted by paper. The second portion of the bar is red for documents submitted electronically.

Number of All Recorded Documents

States with Recordings >290,000 The bar graph on the next slide shows all recorded documents summarized by state with the percentage for delivery medium. The first portion of the bar for each state is colored blue for those submitted by paper. The second portion of the bar is red for documents submitted electronically.

Number of All Recorded Documents
