Proposal for Organizational Membership sponsored by LESANZ

Definition Not “corporate” membership Ownership by one Entity of a group of transferable, individual memberships Any legal type of entity qualifies Membership transferable within the one entity, but not between entities

Implementation Optional for each National Chapter, as are measures to promote it May require amendment of National Chapter Constitution Specific individuals must be named including one Designated Organizational Member to receive all communications Each Organizational Member shall have equal rights and privileges as an Individual LESI Member

Implementation cont. discontinued Organizational Members may become an Individual LESI Member within 30 days and maintain rights and privileges All changes in Organizational Membership to be notified by Designated Organizational Member to National Chapter which, in turn, shall promptly notify LESI Organizational membership to be identified in LESI Directory eg.John Smith for XYZ Ltd National Chapters have the right to set fees

Required LESI Constitutional changes Retains concept of individual membership No LESI constitutional changes required
