JSTOR Records Cleanup Project Goals Reduce the number of duplicate records for JSTOR titles. Calculate the costs for reducing the number of catalog records for print serials. Improve available metadata for collection management. Create a plan to: Review the application of ISSNs in records and correct incorrect records. Review multiple records and request to have OCLC merge duplicates. Invite input : Share the plan with serials catalogers, listen to concerns, and revise the plan if necessary. Begin the project – ~Sept 2017 Communicate results via PAN listserv or written report for next PAN meeting.
