How we did it Agree and fund permanent post of ECH Programme Manager Secure support from a specialist Health Commissioner Logic Chains – worked out where we wanted to be and worked back from there what we needed to do Development Partner Framework

Practical Results - FlexiCare Model Staffordshire's Brand – all care services within a scheme Concept – service which can meet needs as they change Staying active and self directed support is key

Practical Results - Financial Viability Tool to establish financial viability of a development Looks at payback on investment for the County Council Analyses development costs for housing provider
