Rural Development Regulation (20% of CAP budget): eligibility for funding of measures reducing NH3 emissions (e.g. agri-environment & meeting farm standards) national plans to be drafted in 2006 evaluation by Commission in 2006 Investigation of Integrated measures to reduce NH3 Integrated approach to manage the nitrogen cycle: Review of the IPPC Directive in 2006/7: feasibility of introduce cattle farming and new thresholds for pig/ poultry Other integrated measures (feedstuffs & fertiliser use) Clean Air for Europe
