The multipoint LOD score is represented on the x axis. The positions of the DNA marker loci tested are located on the y axis, together with the genetic location coordinate (in centimorgans) according to the Généthon map; the zero coordinate is at the short-arm telomere (Gyapay et al. 1994). Marker D2S2739 has not been included in the multipoint analysis because its precise genetic location was not known.
