Our services support Social well-being Mental well-being By increasing personal confidence, reducing social isolation, fostering a sense of community and encouraging communication skills Mental well-being By fostering an interest in new learning or new ways of understanding, stimulating and sharing memories, and extending capacity for thought Emotional well-being By increasing self-awareness, supporting independence and enhancing the ability to articulate issues … and aim to reduce barriers to participation by ensuring community members have access to resources, opportunities and capabilities to engage, contribute, use local services and connect with their communities.
