HOW TO GET AROUND SACHEM EAST Avoid Main Street if possible The first floor is the least congested Take perimeter stairwells Carry books to avoid stopping at your locker When leaving the cafeteria, take the stairwell located next to Café B to the first floor

ID CARDS Every student is responsible for having their ID card on them. You must produce your ID card upon request. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary consequences. ID cards are required to gain access to the cafeterias, library and bathrooms. Replacements can be purchased in the Main Office for $3.00

CUMULATIVE POINTS SYSTEM Students who commit disciplinary infractions will be held accountable by way of a point system: Each day of detention will be assigned a ½ point Each day of extended detention will be assigned 1 point Each day of ISS will be assigned 1 point Each day of OSS will be assigned 2 points You may earn back 3 points for every marking period that you do not receive any disciplinary referrals.

CUMULATIVE POINTS SYSTEM You will be assigned ½ point for every report of no ID card. If you come to school without your ID , you should report to the Main Office to obtain a new one.

Having the most points doesn’t make you the winner... Students who accumulate 10 or more points during the school year will forfeit privileges to attend all high school social events, including dinner dances, banquets, prom and any other school sponsored events. Additionally you will not be permitted to participate in school clubs or on athletic teams. Every student is responsible for knowing how many points they have accumulated.
