Slide 2 Step 2: Click on “LOGIN” at the top left hand corner of the CCNY Website, and then click “City Central”

Slide 3 Step 3: Once the City Central page opens, click “Login” at the top right hand corner

Slide 5 Step 5: Click “My CCNY” on the right hand side of the page once logged in, and then select “Exam Accommodation”

Slide 6 Step 6: Click the class that you need Exam Accommodation(s) for, then click “Next”

Slide 7 Step 7: Confirm what you selected, then click “Back” if an error, or “Submit” if correct

Step 8: This is a confirmation of the request sent to the Professor Slide 8 Step 8: This is a confirmation of the request sent to the Professor

Slide 9 Step 9: AccessAbility will confirm the receipt of the exam form along with exam accommodations. Delivery of completed exams will be done through e-mail
