Real-time PCR analysis of MRP4 expression in OSM-stimulated dermal fibroblasts pre-treated with the PI3-kinase inhibitor LY294002: Human dermal fibroblasts were stimulated for 48 h with OSM or pre-treated for 45 min with 5 μM LY294002 followed by cytokine stimulation.
