It’s Simply Storytelling

Information on school attending, GPA (3.0 and higher), and high honors Let’s Get Physical Headline Basic contact information (name, phone number, home address, and email address) Profile Brief summary of standout accomplishments, skills, abilities, and industry keywords; is written LAST! The Formula Easy Parts First! Headline Assemble your name at the top, then home address, email address, and phone number on a separate line Education List your school’s full name, city, and state, GPA if 3.0 and above, and then Honors, each on separate lines; GPA and Honors should have semicolons in front of them Awards and Activities List your awards and activities on separate lines [ex. Awards: 1st Place in County Science Fair]; list the most important ones first! Volunteerism List each role followed by the place of service, separated by a comma

The Formula Hard Stuff Last Work Experience List each job in reverse chronological order; assemble the company name, city, and state to the left, the years to the right, and your specific role under that line; next use the Block and Bullet Method!
