Log in to Sycamore as you usually do. Click on My School.

Clicking on My School will bring up a drop-down menu Clicking on My School will bring up a drop-down menu. From the drop-down options, click on Enrollment. Doing so will bring up another drop-down menu; click on Online Portal.

Clicking on Enrollment brings up this screen Clicking on Enrollment brings up this screen. The upper right-hand portion is high- lighted to the left, titled Enrollment Road Map. The items in red require action. Begin by clicking on the first item.

On this screen, I entered my religion, Catholic, and my parish, St On this screen, I entered my religion, Catholic, and my parish, St. Pius V. You should enter the appropriate values that apply to you. When complete, click the blue “submit” button in the upper right hand cornet of the screen.

You will know your entry was accepted by the display of this acknowledgment in green. (Throughout this process, the color green indicates success.) After the Update Successful message appears, click Home in the upper left corner.

Clicking on Home returns you to the Enrollment Road Map Clicking on Home returns you to the Enrollment Road Map. Note the first item is now green. Time to move to the next item in red. Click on this item.

The next item in red asked for entry of non-guardian contact information. Clicking on that item results in this screen. You enter the appropriate information, then click the blue “Add” button. Once this is complete, click “Home” in the upper left side of the screen.

Once again, we return to the Enrollment Road Map Once again, we return to the Enrollment Road Map. The next item in red asks to acknowledge 4 agreements. This is extremely important to complete. Click on this item.

This screen will present the four agreements requiring consent This screen will present the four agreements requiring consent. Each will have the text for you to read, followed by an area on the right labeled “Required to Agree,” followed by a drop-down box with the entry, “Choose.”

Clicking on “Choose” presents a drop-down box with two options: Agree and Disagree. Successful enrollment of your student requires your agreement. If you disagree with any of the agreements, please make an appointment to discuss your issues with Dr. Bravo.

Once you have agreed to all four items, click the blue “Submit” button on the upper right of the screen.

Clicking the blue “Submit” button will result in the display of this screen, with the green pop-up indication successful submission. Once this message appears, click on “Home” in the upper left of the screen.

And again, you have returned to the Enrollment Road Map (right side of the screen. Note that four items are now green, meaning they are complete. Time to address the final item in red. Click on that item.

This screen requires indicating if your student is returning, which is true since you’re enrolling her/him. Click on the drop-down box under “Status” on the right and select “New/Returning.” The School Office should have already added any new students you may have attending, so the “Add New Student” button will likely not be used.

Once the status is changed, you will see the green “Update Successful” message. Click “Home” in the upper left once your update is completed successfully.

Selecting “Home” in the previous step returns you to the Enrollment Road Map. Review the items in the upper right. In this example, all of the Family Items are in green, but my student, Ciaran, has a few items in red to be addressed. Click on the first item to verify your student’s information.

Visually verify the information, make any necessary corrections, then click the box labeled “Information Verified.” Once that is complete, click the blue Update box to the right.

Once you click the blue Submit button, you will see the green “Update Successful” message appear. Once this pops up, select “Home” in the upper left side of the screen.

Returning to the Enrollment Road Map, we see that there is one remaining item to be completed for the student. Select that item to continue.

Please note that Checking the Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen boxes will not result in our being able provide those medications without additional authorization and provision of such medication (check with the School Office if questions). Once complete, click the blue “Add” button in the upper right of the screen.

Clicking the blue “Add” button results in this screen, indicating success. Once this appears, select “Home” in the upper left of the screen.

For the final time, we return to the Enrollment Road Map (right side of the screen). Note that all items are in green, and a green button has appeared, labeled “Click here to Submit Application.” You MUST click this button to proceed with registration, even though your student’s application has already been submitted and accepted.

Clicking the green button from the previous page results in the display of this page. Please click the green button labeled “Submit Your Application.”

This pop-up should appear, indicating successful submission of your student’s application/registration.

This screen will appear next, indication successful completion of the application/ registration process. The message also informs you that you need not, and cannot update any information via the Enrollment Portal.

Finally, if you have supplied an email address to the School Office, you should receive this message in your email, confirming enrollment of your student(s).
