Questions To Be Prepared For Why do you want to work here? Prove that you did your research on the company What makes you the best person for this job? Highlight your skills and qualifications; what makes you unique? Why did you leave your last job? Be positive; don’t trash talk your old job/boss What are your biggest weaknesses? Be honest, but explain how you plan on overcoming them Where do you see yourself in your career in 5 years? 10 years? Be honest; try to relate your goals to the company you are applying for if possible
