Generic skills Finding literature. Citing literature. Reviewing literature. Academic writing. Critical thinking. Giving presentations.

So why not the same? Context is king! Content. Delivery. Timing. The perception of study skills as separate entities is detrimental to their effective development. (Wingate, 2006) Wingate, U. (2006) ‘Doing away with “study skills”’, Teaching in Higher Education, 11(4), pp.457-469.
