Individual training practice structure Diversification RU/IM users Basic/Advanced tasks Method Standard dossier structure. Everybody has his/her own dossier set to the proper phase (Open or Path Elaboration) Everybody has his/her own PaP Standardized task list (ca. 20 tasks) ~75% Basic tasks ~25% Advanced tasks Questionnaire focusing on the user’s PCS „behaviour” and PCS knowledge Learning period Feedback session e.g. with online poll about the users’ opinion to improve Preparation Dossiers, PaPs, Tasks have to be prepared before each training (time demanding)
