Interaction & Specification Talk to people. Show off this, and what you normally do, to your other designers, the developers and your QA team. Use it to start the conversation, and ask them how to make it even better from their point of view.

Interaction & Specification Talk about the minimum they need from you. When you deliver quickly (whether Agile or just quick responses to emergencies and changes) are you giving them what is most needed?

You are not just a creator of wireframes, so create whatever documents you need in order to get your design intent out to everyone and assure it is executed properly.
