What were the roots of progressivism? How did the beliefs of the progressives differ from Social Darwinism?

After Reading Section 2, complete the following in your journal: Problems: List at least 3 problems that were identified in the section Progressive Solutions: Describe at least three proposed solutions or strategies for addressing these problems Enacted Reforms: List at least two enacted reforms or solutions in response to the problems.
