VIP locations 2016/2017 Update! It’s Easier to Cash in! Paperless Spiff! For all VIP locations submitting POSI (Point of Sale Information) to Goodyear, you will no longer need to submit Paper Invoices. POSI/R+ Retroactive to October 1, 2016 for VIP To Cash In: Fill out your Online Tally Sheet No submission of paper invoices needed. Your Tally Sheet will be validated from your location’s POSI data. Validation will occur on the schedule your location submits their data (Daily/Weekly) NOTE! Tally Sheets need to be filled out ACCURATELY (Correct tireline/invoice/date) to be computer validated! NOTE! All SPIFF-ELIGIBLE Goodyear & Dunlop sales from October 1st thru December 31st MUST be submitted via a Tally Sheet before JANUARY 31ST to receive proper spiff validation. REMINDER: Associates are only eligible to obtain spiffs during months in which we have rebate event!

Tally Sheets Paperless for VIP At the top of each page participants will see their own personalized “ACCOUNT SUMMARY BOX”. This box contains their name, their available Reward dollars, their Ask for Apps dollars, and their Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly certification level. In 2014 there will not be separate levels for Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly. From this box, they can click to “MANAGE THEIR ACCOUNT” and also see if they have messages in their “IN-BOX.” Participants can set up their RewardsPLUS preferences on the “MANAGE MY ACCOUNT” tabs. Here they can set up their account exactly how they want it. They can select their language preference (English or French), specify what address they want their Rewards check mailed to, or opt for the Automatic Check feature. This feature allows them to receive a check automatically once their invoices are validated. In 2014 there will be no checks issues, but we will move to a reloadable debit card. Participants will each have their own “IN-BOX” which will contain general program alerts.
