I TOUCH THE FUTURE I TEACH!

So….what do you want to learn? MY FAVOURITE COOPERATIVE LEARNING STRATEGY THINK-PAIR –SHARE 1.THINK- Read the questions on your sheet.

THINK-PAIR-SHARE con. Please choose AT LEAST 3 questions that interest you. Rank the questions from 1 to 3. 1 interests you the most 2 is the next most interesting question 3 is the next most interesting question Continue ranking the questions if they genuinely interest you ! 2. Record your responses on the sheet. When you are finished- please turn your paper over.

THINK PAIR SHARE con. 3. PAIR- Turn to a partner. Discuss your responses. Try to generate 3 questions that interest both of you. Be persuasive. 4. SHARE-Work with everyone at your table. Try to generate 3 questions that interest everyone. Rank those questions from 1 (most interesting) to 3. 5. SHARE with the class. See what emerges!!

WHAT DOES NOT INTEREST YOU? Create a legend on the top of your page indicating which colour of pencil records the questions that do interest you. Use a different coloured pencil to indicate which questions DO NOT interest you. Record your responses on the page and the colour of pencil in the legend at the top of your page

What does NOT interest you? ____What is science? ____How can I make science interesting for students? ____Where do I find the binder that tells me what to do when I go to my placement? ____How do I plan a lesson?
