Figure 1 Bcl11b Expression Maintains the ILC2 Phenotype Loss of Bcl11b allows ILC2s to switch to an ILC3 phenotype. Bcl11b activates the expression of genes such as Gfi1 and Gata3 that promote the ILC2 phenotype. Loss of Bcl11b led to the repression of Gfi1 and Gata3 and activation of Ahr and Rorc that promote the ILC3 phenotype.
