Fig. 3 Arteriogram of 3.5 mm reversed SFV graft 6 months after operation. Graft was taken off Linton vein patch on superficial femoral artery but developed stenosis and thrombus locally in this area (arrow) at 18 months. This was only graft less than 4 mm in diameter and only problem we have encountered that involved SFV portion of graft. There is no stenosis on duplex examination 30 months after revision.
