REVIEW FOR SOLVING RIGHT TRIANGLES TEST IT WILL BE ON THURSDAY MARCH 1

Active Learning Assignment?

Dry Erase Board Instructions: You will have the following materials only: Calculator, problems sheet, Dry erase marker, Dry erase board, and a paper towel ***No Other Materials on the desk.*** Assignment is on the slide 5, answers are on slide 6.) One person will have the board, but everyone is expected to participate in solving it. (The person solving it will bring it up.) Bring the board to me, form a line on one side only. I will grade it similar to a test and tell you what, if anything, is wrong. Group name: 1 pt; Problem no.: 1 pt; Drawing: 2 pts; Work and solution: 5 pts; Sentence answer: 2 pts. (Possible 11/10) Go back to the group and explain any errors and pass the board to your right. Go on the next problem. (Work them in order) When the bell rings, you should finish for your own review.

Instructions: (Assignment is on the slide 5, answers are on slide 6.) Work on the assignment in your group. You will get a group grade for working together. Everyone works on the same problem together. In other words, do not go on until everyone in the group has done and understands the problem. Are they supposed to copy your work? Nooooooo! Help each other and explain how to do it. That’s what the grade is for. If you go on and leave the others, your personal grade for the day will be lowered. Finish for homework.
