REQUIRED PARTS THE TITLE OF THE BOOK AND THE AUTHOR SHOULD APPEAR ON THE FRONT OF YOUR PAPER. YOUR NAME/CLASS PERIOD SHOULD APPEAR ON THE BACK! YOUR SUMMATIVE MUST BE ON THE BOOK SUBMITTED, IF YOU TURN IN A SUMMATIVE ON A BOOK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I HAVE, I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT.

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS Use color pens or markers, unless black and white is the BEST design choice. Visuals may be printed in color or drawn and colored in. None of the images should be black and white (unless the object is naturally black and white, i.e. a zebra, an eight ball, soccer ball, or an Oreo cookie Fill the entire page (very little white space left showing). Writing must be in ink or typed… no pencil.
