Safety Qualifier Information What safety programs and training do they provide their employees? Obtain their Safety Data (EMR / ORI) Do they have a Drug & Alcohol Policy and Testing? Do they belong to any of our client third party auditors? (ISN, PIC’s, PEC…) Do they qualify their Subcontractors? If a sole person, do they qualify for Independent Contractor status? What is an EMR and ORI?
