Special skills needed There weren't really any special skills needed to work in any factories you just needed to be shown how to work it . Unless you were in maintenance.

Factory Income. Back in the day they barley got paid enough to get by. Today people get paid a lot more.

Productivity Made the process of making things a lot faster. They didn’t need as much people to run the machines.

Education needed Some factories had children working in them so not much education was needed

Payment In the 90’s payment was very high and now the payment is slowly decreasing.

Payment Today Yes. Today we need higher education because technology has gone up and there are more things to know and understand about what goes on in factories. Today’s pay has gone up and that’s because it has to keep up with everyone else’s salaries go up.
