Mapping of institutional frameworks and mandates within the United Nations system to avert, minimize and address displacement and outline of options for facilitating coordination of key processes - briefly situate how climate change historically has been addressed by the un system; - track the evolution of how human mobility (displacement, migration and planned relocation) has been included in the negotiations and relevant bodies of unfccc; - document how the united nations system has taken up the broader issue of human mobility in the context of disasters linked to the adverse impacts of climate change; - present analysis to identify and discuss the implications for coordination and agreement on institutional responsibilities within the un system regarding the coordination of “integrated approaches to avert, minimize and address displacement related to the adverse impacts of climate change,” in line with the mandate of tfd
