2012 UOE Quality Reports: Background The framework is specified in annex II of the Commission Regulation 88/2011 for ETS. Mandatory for the first time in 2012. Deadline set to 31 of March 2013. Onwards it will be the 31 of January every year. 2012 UOE Quality Reports: Background (cont) Test of content and NRME between 2011 and 2012 by 4 States – Bulgaria, France, Netherlands and UK. The testing countries not happy overall with technical performance of NRME. Because of technical problems the first mandatory submission in Excel template. 2012 UOE Quality Reports: State of play As of 10th April 2013 21 countries have submitted reports. 20 Complete reports, 1 partial report. The countries : BG, ES, FR, IT, CY, LV, LT, HU, NL, AT, PT, RO, FI, SE, IS, LI, NO, CH, HR, TR, SI. 2012 UOE Quality Reports: State of play (cont.) The submitted reports are currently being validated by Eurostat. States will get/ have gotten feedback. In general good reports. An observation is that countries, in describing variables, refer to concrete tables in the UOE questionnaires.
