When you get a new list of words: Directions: You will receive new vocabulary words as we move through different units. Vocabulary is very important part of Science. If you do not understand the vocabulary, you will not understand what is going on in science. I can not stress how important Science Vocabulary is for you right now. When you get a new list of words: -you need to make sure you write each word on a separate card -on the lined side of the card write the book definition of the word. -on the blank side at the top write the definition in your own words -on the blank side at the bottom left side draw a picture of the word -on the blank side at the bottom right side R-reminds M-me O-of write what the word reminds you of.
