But before we do that we need to rank our stakeholders based on their value to your project. We use the Influence/Interest Matrix to rank our stakeholders Ask delegates to take their stakeholder ID post-it notes and put them where they think the stakeholders sit on the Influence / Interest Matrix Word of warning – do not share this with your stakeholders. You may have ranked a stakeholder as “Low Power” but they may view themselves as “High Power” Low Interest of Stakeholder High
