Medications For Tylenol and Advil only the parent's signature is required. ANY other over the counter or prescription medications need a doctors signature and a parent signature (this includes allergy medications). Medications must be brought into Mrs. Slattery’s office 2 weeks prior to the trip by a parent/guardian with proper paperwork.
