COMMISSION DECISION 2014/256/EU of 2 May 2014 establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for converted paper products Published on 8 May 2014 (OJEU L 135/24). EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements are valid until 2 May 2017. COMMISSION DECISION 2014/312/EU of 28 May 2014 establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for indoor and outdoor paints and varnishes Published on 3 June 2014 (OJEU L 164/45). EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements are valid until 28 May 2018. A transitional clause was established for EU Ecolabel licences awarded in accordance with the criteria set out in Decision 2009/543/EC or 2009/544/EC, which may be used for 12 months from the date of adoption of this Decision. A new code number was assigned to the product group "indoor and outdoor paints and varnishes" (044). 2

COMMISSION DECISION 2014/314/EU of 28 May 2014 establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for water-based heaters Published on 3 June 2014 (OJEU L 164/83). EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements are valid until 28 May 2018. A transitional clause was established for EU Ecolabel licences awarded to heat pumps which provide heat to water based central heating system in accordance with the criteria set out in Decision 2007/742/EC, which may be used for 12 months from the date of adoption of this Decision. COMMISSION DECISION 2014/350/EU of 6 June 2014 establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for textile products Published on 13 June 2014 (OJEU L 174/45). EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements are valid until 6 June 2018. A transitional clause was established for EU Ecolabel licences awarded in accordance with the criteria set out in Decision 2009/567/EC, which may be used for 12 months from the date of adoption of this Decision. 3
Decisions Published Adoption foreseen on 23 June 2014. COMMISSION DECISION establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for bed mattresses Adoption foreseen on 23 June 2014. EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements will be valid for four years from the date of its adoption. A transitional clause is established for EU Ecolabel licenses awarded in accordance with the criteria set out in Decision 2009/598/EC, which may be used for 12 months from the date of adoption of this Decision. COMMISSION DECISION establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for absorbent hygiene products Will be submitted for scrutiny on the 9 July 2014. EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements will be valid until for four years from the date of its adoption. 4
Amendment Decisions COMMISSION DECISION of 13 June 2014 amending the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for heat pumps Adopted on 13 June 2014 and will be published before 20 June 2014. Heat pumps which provide heat to a water based central heating system were removed from the scope. EU Ecolabel criteria and related assessment and verification requirements are valid until 31 October 2016. COMMISSION DECISION 2014/345/EU of 6 June 2014 amending the ecological criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel for printed paper Published on 11 June 2014 (OJEU L 170/64). Stationery paper products were removed from the scope. 5
Amendment Decision Published on 3 June 2014 (OJEU L 164/74). COMMISSION DECISION 2014/313/EU of 28 May 2014 amending Decisions 2011/263/EU, 2011/264/EU, 2011/382/EU, 2011/383/EU, 2012/720/EU and 2012/721/EU, in order to take account of developments in the classification of substances Published on 3 June 2014 (OJEU L 164/74). This amendment is applied retroactively from 1 December 2012, in order to ensure continuity of the validity of EU Ecolabel criteria for detergents for dishwashers, laundry detergents, hand dishwashing detergents, all-purpose cleaners and sanitary cleaners, industrial and institutional automatic dishwasher detergents and industrial and institutional laundry detergents. 6
