Here is what I did: Found something he did right. I found two things: 1) working with a low reading group 2) helping overly active boys become young gentlemen

I became a broken record.

I enrolled my own daughter in his class.

I enrolled the high school principal’s son in his class.

I enrolled the superintendent’s daughter in his class.

The staff went crazy.

The teacher was proud of his accomplishments.

He retired in peace and harmony.

His 30th year of teaching was his best.
