1. The Man Born Blind (v1)

2. The Disciple’s Question: Who’s to Blame? (v2)

3. The Response of Jesus: A Plan and Purpose (v3-5)

“…the work of God might be displayed in his life.” John 9:3

…wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth …wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time. 1 Timothy 2:4-6

4. The Touch of Jesus (v6-7)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” John 3:16-17
