Fig 2 Intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging. The nodule with barium sulfate marking, which is grasped in the forceps, is resected by an endostapler under both fluoroscopic and thoracoscopic guidance. Because the marker locates at the central side of the lesion, resection of the marker means complete removal of the lesion (E = endostapler; F = forceps).
