Presentation transcript:

Proverbs 22:6; 30:11-13 Hosea 4:6; 13:6 The Way He Should Go Young people are losing their faith like never before. Parents and spiritual leaders must step up to their responsibility to fully train children to walk in the way that is right. We must communicate it in word, in deed, and as an expectation. Proverbs 22:6; 30:11-13 Hosea 4:6; 13:6

Training Requires Communication The problem for many young people is that “the way he should go…” Has not been talked about at home (Deuteronomy 6:7) Has not been exemplified in the home (Proverbs 20:7) Has not been presented as a firm expectation (Genesis 18:19)

Training Leads to Walking the Right Way Daniel and his friends are examples (Daniel 1:8; 3:16, 18) God expects the training being done now to affect future generations (Deut. 6:1-2; Ephesians 6:4; Isaiah 54:13; 2 Tim. 3:14-15)
