General Records Retention Schedule GRRS_2008_Rev01 County of Riverside’s General Records Retention Schedule (Updated February 5, 2008) At today’s RMAP meeting we are going to discuss the County of Riverside’s General Records Retention Schedule which was recently updated and revised. Today we will be reviewing the schedule in-depth and answer any questions you may have on it. Board Approved Agenda Item # 3.8 Approved February 5, 2008 (replaces the 2004 GRRS) The GRRS Board approved as Agenda Item 3.8 on February 5, 2008. Coincidentally, the 2004 GRRS was also approved as Agenda Item # 3.8. So, don’t get confused. It was approved on June 8, 2004.
