Academic support (Grades 6, 7, and 8) This course aims to provide students with a set of good study habits that will enable them to gain more independence and confidence in their education. Students will be given a place to develop these skills, learn a system to keep track of school work, understand how to better manage their time, and increase communication with their teachers.
Math This course will concentrate on a clear set of math skills and concepts in an organized and sequential way. The curriculum provides students with steps that are repeated in each lesson in order to develop strong skills and build on each concept as the curriculum progresses. Students will be encouraged to solve real-world problems by setting a solid foundation of processing skills.
