The primary care development programme priorities: To provide a forum for primary care leaders to share ideas and experiences, starting with the co-design of a common vision for the future of general practice. To build the leadership and improvement capacity and capabilities of both the workforce and primary care organisations to enable service redesign and wider transformation.
