Signs of an Effective Cross Sectoral relationship for Children’s residential Treatment Where on a scale of 0-10: 10 means The child receives the right service in the right time for the right duration and with excellent shared transitions plans out of residential care There is clear understanding and respect for each other’s roles and a commitment to the child/family as partners with clear and timely communication 0 means There is conflict and no communication Children are harmed as a result Children don’t get any better
