DEFINITION of a LEADER john m. dettoni, chrysalis ministries

A leader HELPS other people to learn, grow, develop, mature in all things.

OUTCOME: So that people can be fully human in their vocations/calling in the world that God so loves

A leader is, therefore, a shepherd, servant, nurturing person who ministers to, for, and with others.

Business leaders, politicians, clergy, parents, etc. are called to be this kind of leader.
