Biomedical analysis using Smart algorithms S. B. Umbarkar1, V. S. Solanki1 1. PES, eInfochips, An Arrow Company, Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, India. Introduction: Image fusion has been widely applied and proven its powerfulness in different research areas, such as computer vision, multimedia analysis, biomedical research and material science. The fusion of images is often required to integrate complementary Multisensory, Multitemporal and/or Multiview information into one new better quality image. One of the most challenging and necessary tasks in image fusion is image registration. A method of designing two-channel wavelet based FIR filter bank which helps to detect more prominently continuous changes in tumour cells. On perspective and quantitative analysis of diagnosis and treatment of cancer using RF module of COMSOL Multi-physics. 4.76mm ×5.29mm Figure 2. Tumor size detected Figure 3. Tumor with Antenna Figure 4. Fraction of necrotic tissue Figure 5. Temperature reached 50 °C at 8 minutes Figure 1. Block Diagram The bio-heat equation used for this model:   Computational Methods: Our aim is to propose a new enhanced approach for providing better image fusion for multimodality medical images in terms of fine details which will detect different stages of cancer and suggesting suitable technique for treating cancer to medical practitioners. The proposed algorithm using MATLAB and Simulink tool, not only preserves edges and texture information from the image but also removes the noise, providing good visual effect. Due to the problem of Occlusion and Alteration in patient different tomography scan there is requirement of proper Image Registration approach. To design algorithm of image registration for translation, scaling and rotation of biomedical images, by which practitioner will get a benefit to diagnose medical defects. Methods from tumour growth have been integrated to improve wavelet based fusion of PET/CT images which further modeled using LabVIEW. Results: This poster presents Multiphysics application in the domain of biomedical image processing and its treatment using COMSOL. References: L. Chiorean, M.-F.
